Team Orange. EYAAA TANOSHIKATTA, Subiefest2! Subiefest2 was indeed a

This is my third column, and I think I will blare my own horn a bit. In
the past several months, it has dawned on me that I have the best job,
ever. Ok, I don’t get cash thrown at me by lusty porn stars with the
keys to brand new Ferraris dangling from their pasties, but I do get to
play with cars a bit.

Not so long ago I conducted a survey on a car Web site. It wasn’t a
scientific survey, more a casual inquiry. I asked, “What aspects of
your car irritate you the most?” Back came the replies: Cheap plastic
bits that fall off; blind spots; and carpet the quality of belly button
fluff.

I got an invitation to visit a film location set last month near
Westlake, high in the Santa Monica Mountains. The place was bustling
with crew preparing for a scene involving a live Asian elephant.
“Asian-American” elephant is the politically correct term, for it lived
on a ranch not far away.
